1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how ZoodyFoody processes personal data about customers, applicants, partners, couriers, visitors and support contacts. The responsible legal entity and privacy contact should be identified in the market-specific company details.
2. Data we collect
We may process account and contact details, identity and eligibility documents, orders, payments, support communications, device and security logs, preferences, partner business records and courier location or route data. We avoid collecting data that is not reasonably needed.
3. Why and on what basis
Data is used to provide contracts and orders, process payments, dispatch deliveries, verify users, prevent fraud, keep people safe, provide support, comply with law, improve services and—where permitted—send marketing. The legal basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, vital interests or consent depending on the activity and market.
4. Location data
Customer location may be used to select an address and calculate delivery. Courier location may be processed while online or handling work for dispatch, route, distance, safety, fraud prevention and live tracking. Device permissions can be changed, but some functions may then be unavailable.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared as necessary with the relevant customer, partner or courier, payment providers, hosting and communication vendors, professional advisers, authorities and vetted service providers. International transfers use safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for service, accounting, tax, disputes, safety, fraud prevention and legal duties, then delete or anonymize it. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity verification may be required. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
8. Children, changes and contact
