Requirements
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of ZoodyFoody to discover partners, place orders, arrange delivery, make payments and contact support. By creating an account or confirming an order, you agree to the current published version.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized use. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract. A parent or guardian must supervise any permitted use by a minor.
3. Orders, prices and payments
Partners are responsible for their menus, product descriptions, availability and preparation. The checkout screen shows item prices, taxes where applicable, service charges, delivery fees, discounts and the total before you confirm. Payment authorization may be reversed when an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Delivery and customer responsibilities
Provide a complete address, safe access instructions and a reachable phone number. Estimated times are not guarantees and may change because of traffic, weather, demand, preparation or safety conditions. You must not request unlawful, unsafe or abusive conduct from a partner or courier.
5. Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status, product type, partner preparation and applicable law. Report missing, incorrect, unsafe or damaged items promptly with reasonable evidence. ZoodyFoody may coordinate a refund, credit, replacement or other appropriate remedy after review.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse promotions, submit fraudulent payment claims, interfere with the platform, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or threaten customers, partners, couriers or staff. Accounts may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
7. Service role and responsibility
ZoodyFoody provides ordering, payment, support and delivery technology. The relevant partner remains responsible for the goods it sells and applicable food, product, licensing and consumer obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes, contact and disputes
Material changes will be published with a new version and, where required, notice or renewed acceptance. Contact support first so concerns can be investigated. Governing law, courts and mandatory consumer protections depend on the market in which the service is supplied and will apply as required by law.
